The fully intelligent control system is equipped with a CPU and control module of Siemens brand and a touch screen of Taiwan Weilun. It can precisely control the amount of asphalt sprayed per square meter, freely switch between automatic control and manual control, and the spraying width can be controlled at will. The heat transfer oil system is configured to facilitate the removal of demulsified asphalt at the bottom of the asphalt tank, preventing people from climbing into the tank. When spraying hot asphalt, the heat loss in the pipeline is reduced through the circulation of heat transfer oil, ensuring a good spraying effect. Before each construction, by circulating the heat transfer oil, even if the asphalt pump is not cleaned at the end of the previous construction, the stuck asphalt pump can be dissolved. After the construction is completed, the oil can be returned to the tank with one click and the asphalt pump and spraying arm can be cleaned with one click to prepare for the next use.
